Theory of Tunnel Microwave Thawing Machine
Microwave thawing is a fast heating of the refrigerant from -42 to -18 degrees Celsius by microwave energy, so that the frozen products can be thawed inside and outside, and heated to a state of no drop of -2 degrees Celsius.
